About Us
 
Cool ldeas 1016 (PTY) LTD, trading as ESP Consulting, is a vibrant consulting firm that opened its doors for business on 1st March 2003.
 
The company was founded by its current Chief Executive, Shamala Rajah, with 30 years' experience in both the Private and Public Sector. The company was formed with the aim  to train managers in the Public Sector to ensure responsible and accountable government processes and quality service delivery to all citizens.
 
It soon became apparent that we had extensive subject matter expertise in the various disciplines and our Management Consulting division became a reality.
 
Due to our experience in business process mapping, we recognised the need to develop automated processes to contribute to effective and efficient utilisation of scarce resources. Our Business Solutions Division was responsible for the development of “QBIX” – a Service Delivery Management Information System which fully automates Supply Chain Management and Performance Management in the Public Sector.
 

What we do

  • We help organisations to create and manage their supply base through strategic sourcing principals, creation/maintenance of supplier databases, performance monitoring of suppliers and managing supplier relationships. 
  • We help organisations to optimise key performance areas through the management of quality in purchasing and supply, costs analysis, inventory management, materials flow and risk management.
  • We help organisations to manage purchasing and supply through research, negotiations, electronic information systems and managing supplier contracts.
  • We help organisations to enhance logistics within their supply chain through cost-effective distribution models and warehousing strategies.
